From March 2021 to June 2021 (While I was at Unisys, During COVID) I was invited to be a part of an account transition for AbbVie a pharmaceutical company transitioning away from Unisys to their new IT support vendor. In my role, I was monitoring the level of support being provided by the new IT team of remote call center staff to the employees, as well as train the new call supervisors. The end-users at AbbVie ranged from administrative assistants, medical engineers to C-suite professionals. The types of calls we dealt with primary were password resets, VPN troubleshooting, issues with Microsoft products which were not limited to Word, Excel, Teams; also Zoom, ZScaler, OKTA. Platforms supported were Windows 10 and 11, MAC Version 10.14: "Mojave" through Version 10.15: "Catalina", VMWare for contractors located in India, France, and United Kingdom. Ask me about How I supported a Spanish speaking user from Honduras! Other duties included: Responding to client support requests. Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem. Connecting via a remote desktop access tools. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Installing and maintaining computer peripherals. Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues. Advising on software or hardware upgrades. Providing basic training in computer operation and management. Completing job reports.

Managed 220+ concurrent service and construction projects completed successfully and with profit margins ranging from 20-78%.

Network Controls and Electric - Started as a project coordinator for Prometheus Smartboard installations for the educational sector. Then moved into Project Management role managing 450+ APC Power endpoints monitoring the voice and power distribution for Greenville Health System. Moved into national account service for BlackBox, FedEx, Target, Wal-Mart.

Key achievement: Within 90 days, with no prior construction experience; was passing inspections the first time. (ask me about my failure book).
